**Steps of Cooking:**
1. In a cooking pan, pour 1 liter of milk.
2. Add 2-3 tablespoons of milk powder.
3. Stir well for 2-5 minutes and bring to a boil.
4. Add 1 packet of Mehran Zafrani Kheer Mix.
5. Cook on medium flame for an additional 10-15 minutes, stirring frequently until the Zafran Kheer thickens.
6. Remove from heat once the desired consistency is reached.
